DMCA Copyright Policy

NurseLinkHub respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Reporting Alleged Infringement

If you believe content on NurseLinkHub infringes your copyright, please send a written notice ("Takedown Notice") to our Designated Copyright Agent at dmca@nurselinkhub.com. Your notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (URL / post ID / screenshot) for us to locate it on the Service.
4. Your contact information — full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

False claims carry legal risk. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.

Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid Takedown Notice, we will:

• Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
• Notify the user who posted the material.
• Terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice to dmca@nurselinkhub.com. Your Counter-Notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number.
5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which NurseLinkHub may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original Takedown Notice or their agent.

If we receive a valid Counter-Notice, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action against you.

Repeat Infringers

Consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), NurseLinkHub maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
