Terms of Use

Welcome to NurseLinkHub ("NurseLinkHub," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, mobile experience, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work as a nurse or nursing agency in the United States to create an account with credential-verified access. Guests may browse public content without an account.

2. Accounts & Credentials

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your license number, NPI, and other credential data you provide.
• NurseLinkHub validates a subset of credentials via public sources (e.g., the NPI Registry). A "Verified" badge does not guarantee current licensure — you remain responsible for maintaining your license in good standing.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us at legal@nurselinkhub.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Full activity (posting, DMs, forum replies, agency contact) requires an active $5/month subscription, billed via Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal linked from your Subscription page.
• Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact legal@nurselinkhub.com.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post ("User Content"). By posting, you grant NurseLinkHub a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute the content on and through the Service, solely to operate and promote the Service.

You represent that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party right, and does not contain protected health information (PHI) or personally identifying patient data. Do not post PHI.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users.
• Impersonating another nurse, agency, or NurseLinkHub staff.
• Posting PHI, discriminatory content, or spam.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or reselling access to the Service without written permission.
• Interfering with the security or performance of the Service.

6. Agencies & Job Postings

Agencies are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pay ranges, and application URLs. NurseLinkHub does not employ nurses, does not staff shifts, and is not a party to any employment or contractor agreement between a nurse and an agency.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Content on NurseLinkHub — including Skills, CEUs, News, and Bills sections — is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and does not substitute for institutional policy, current clinical guidelines, or the judgment of a licensed provider.

8. Intellectual Property

The NurseLinkHub name, logo, brand marks, site design, and all original text/graphics are the property of NurseLinkHub. You may not use them without prior written consent.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account by contacting legal@nurselinkhub.com.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NurseLinkHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which NurseLinkHub is domiciled, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service or via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
