How do you decompress after a particularly difficult shift

If alcohol is permitted off hours then why isnt Marijuana when its healthier? If its legal recreationally speaking. So long as the nurse is not under ANY influence during their shift, shouldn't it be allowed off shift if it helps to calm and decompress that nurse?

What suggestions would you provide in order to have a great and positive response with your aides? What suggestions would you provide for a nurse struggling with negative attitudes and not doing as ordered when caring for residents/patients? (and going to management isnt effective when they are 'afraid' of that nurse quiting or wont fire due to staffing numbers)
